Luis Rubiales stated he will not resign as Spanish FA president this week
After being criticised for his antics after Spain’s Women’s World Cup victory last weekend, Rubiales has now reportedly been suspended by football’s governing body.
FIFA has suspended Spanish FA president Luis Rubiales from all football-related activities at national and international level in relation to his conduct at the women's World Cup final in Sydney.”
