Jonathan and Susan Letby were both at court every single day of their daughter’s ten-month trial before her conviction earlier this month.
Baby killer Lucy Letby’s parents are believed to want to move 250 miles from their family home to be nearer to the prison where their daughter is locked up for life.
Neither Lucy or her parents were present for her sentencing - where she was handed a whole life order with no chance of parole. Another neighbour described Letby as her parents' entire life, and said they remained convinced of her innocence. Following Letby’s conviction, attention has been paid to her upbringing. But unlike other mass murderers and sick criminals, she didn’t suffer an abusive or tough childhood.
