LoveIsland fans defend Ron as he leaves Olivia in tears with brutal comment
Love Island fans were quick to defend Ron Hall on Thursday night, after Olivia Hawkins was reduced to tears by a brutal comment he made.
The girls clearly didn’t agree as they looked on in horror, but many fans at home felt he was making a valid point and that Tom was “playing the game” rather than pursuing a true romance with Olivia. “But what Ron said about Olivia was 100% factual,” a third added as another penned: “Ron told no LIESSSS about Olivia because guess what you did de-recouple.”The scenes unfolded as part of the show’s annual Movie Night, a highly anticipated episode in which the Islander’s secrets are suddenly laid bare in the show’s very own answer to the Cannes Film Festival.
Prior to it’s return, their had been some debate among fans if the iconic feature would be returning at all, after previous criticism was raised surrounding it being a “cruel” addition to the series, however, the segment’s return was formally confirmed at the end of Tuesday’s episode.
