A suspect in the Lockerbie bombing that killed 270 people in 1988 is to appear in court in the US. siobhankennedy4 reports from Washington DC.

The United States charged Abu Agila Mas’ud in 2020 after it came to light that he had allegedly confessed to building the bomb that brought down Pan Am flight 103 over the Scottish town.
