Terence Wilson, who acted as a runner for a gang that kept £3million 'Aladdin;'s Cave' of drugs in a rented house on a sleepy suburban street, has been jailed again
A heroin and cocaine drug dealer known as 'Sylvester the Cat' was rumbled after sending a selfie showing his lockdown haircut.
Liverpool Crown Court heard in March the following year that the haul of heroin, cocaine, cannabis, ecstasy and designer drug M-cat was valued at more than £3m. Officers also discovered more than £180,000 in cash inside. "Seizures on this scale would usually be the result of detailed and prolonged investigation. But this seizure arose because, on September 15 at around 8.20am, the police received an anonymous call informing them that there were males loading drugs into a car on Coral Avenue."
Henry Riding, prosecuting, described how others had his codename stored in their own devices under the names "Terence" and "Tez", while he also gave out his postcode and street name. Tick lists were later seized when Merseyside Police raided his home - the front door of which was protected with metal sheeting - on September 17 2020, indicating he "remained actively involved in the supply of drugs" despite the takedown of EncroChat.
