Alexander-Arnold has joined Otro Capital investors in taking a stake of Alpine Racing
Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold has joined boxer Anthony Joshua and golfer Rory McIlroy in investing in a Formula One team.
At the time of the Otro investment in Alpine in June for a sum of around €200m, Hollywood actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney also came on board, with his investment in the team following on from the well-publicised ownership they have of Wrexham, which has achieved a global following through the ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ Disney series.
"The new investors will help drive global awareness for Alpine F1 and will further complement Otro Capital's contributions in areas such as media, sponsorship, ticketing, hospitality, commercial rights management, licensing and merchandising."
