Rayner Rowen Construction are now scheduled to complete the project after the Buckingham Group halted progress by filing for administration.the new stand isn’t expected to be open in full capacity to fans until DecemberThe expansion is set to grow Anfield’s capacity to 61,000, but the club will be forced to reduce capacity to around 50,000 until its phased opening begins in October.Maguire insists any decision that accelerated the stand being opened will be welcomed by Liverpool and its fanbase.
