More congestion on the M6
is causing long delays for motorists this morning .
National Highways North West reports three miles of congestion on the M6 northbound towards Lancashire following the incident. Two lanes are shut on the carriageway between J18 and J19.In a tweet at 11.02am, National Highways said: "2 lanes are closed on the #M6 northbound in #Cheshire between J18 and J19 due to a collision involving 4 vehicles. Our Traffic Officers are on scene.
