A huge police cordon is in place outside the Mandela Centre in Leeds with West Yorkshire Police at the scene
Police have set up a cordon at the bottom of Chapeltown Road in Leeds, the cordon is reportedly in place opposite the Mandela Centre. A bystander has shown police attending the scene.
It is not known what has caused the cordon at this time and West Yorkshire Police have been contacted for comment following reports.has contacted the relevant emergency services.
