A Lisburn woman has been named Irish Hairdresser of the Year after showcasing her 'phenomenal' talent.She was awarded at the Professional Beauty and Hairdressers Journal Ireland Beauty, Hair and Spa Awards 2022.Julie claimed her status 'after showcasing phenomenal original hair work which demonstrated technical skill, creative vision and comprehension of current trends'.
Judged independently by leading hairdressing experts, Julie fought off stiff competition from NI and Ireland’s most successful hairdressers to claim the coveted prize. The awards in their inaugural year were launched to celebrate creativity, business acumen and achievement in the beauty, hair and spa sector. Featuring 14 categories, the awards reward the individuals and teams who are making waves within their business as well as influencing the broader landscape of the industry.
