Linda Nolan has made a heart-breaking confession about suffering 'low moments' in her ongoing cancer battle and say the illness 'magnifies' the grief she feels for her late husband.
The former Nolans group singer, who lives in Blackpool, revealed earlier this year that cancer had spread to her brain .In 2020, Linda announced a third recurrence of the disease in her liver, following treatment in 2006 for breast cancer.In a new opinion piece for the Mirror, Linda said: "When you’re a child and you’re ill, there’s no one you want more than your mum or dad. They’re the only ones who can make you feel better.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant said after his death she found their anniversaries "unbearable", however as time has gone on she's "tried to celebrate them; just to do something nice and not be alone". On this year's anniversary she met two of her oldest friends, Suzanne and Annette, for lunch and "seeing them really helped".
