The 48 year old singer took to Twitter to share a close up of his bruised face with a large plaster on and cream on his lip and forehead.
The singing star had been performing at the Isle of Wight festival, but things took a turn for the worse as he fell from his helicopter. The star joked he'd fallen from 100,000ft, and penned: "So check this out I fell out the helicopter last night you couldn’t rite it all good who said RnR is dead C’mon you know LG x"
