Letter calls for Telford defence event to be cancelled

A defence and security convention is being held in Telford later but campaigners want it cancelled.

BBC News, West MidlandsThe Specialist Defence and Security Convention UK is set to take place at the Telford International Centre in November.

The letter asking the TIC to cancel the event was signed by individuals and organisations including PCS union , Shropshire Stand Up to Racism and Telford Quaker Meeting.
