The British comedian has shed an impressive three stone after making some serious lifestyle changes following a warning from a medical professional regarding his health.
British comedy legend Sir Lenny Henry underwent a dramatic three stone weight loss transformation after receiving a grave warning from his doctor regarding his health.
Sir Lenny who split from his comedian wife Dawn French in 2020 first started making changes to his lifestyle in 2011 when he was cast in Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors, the Mirror reports. Top showbiz news After the play's run, Lenny kept up his good habits and added pilates, dance and military exercises to his workout regime.
He previously told the Daily Mail in 2015: "It's hard, but like anything, if you put your mind to it, you can do it." At the National Television Awards in 2022, he received the Special Recognition Award where fans commented on his significant weight loss.
