Charlie Cresswell has made just one league start for Leeds United under Daniel Farke and the academy graduate scored in his latest international outing for England's under-21s
Charlie Cresswell netted a late equaliser in the shock qualifying defeat for England's under-21s against Ukraine. The Leeds United defender has struggled for minutes so far under Daniel Farke, but believed he had snatched a point for the Young Lions as he headed home Harvey Elliott's cross in the 89th minutes.
Cresswell started alongside Everton defender Jarrad Branthwaite for the victory, and kept his spot for the defeat at Ukraine. The 21-year-old will be hoping to keep his spot for the next round of qualifiers, with clashes against Serbia and Northern Ireland next month.
