Football Insider has been told that Bayern Munich have shown active interest in signing Leeds United goalkeeper Illan Meslier.
The German outfit are looking to sign a new shot-stopper this window as Manuel Neuer continues to recover from a broken leg.The Yorkshire club have agreed to keep Meslier in the side in order to keep him in the shop window this summer.
Premier League interest is dwindling in Meslier with many top-flight clubs already rectifying their goalkeeper situations earlier in the window. It is understood that there is background interest from Chelsea, but the Blues have a number of other goalkeepers ahead of him on their shortlist.
