Leeds Rhinos have finalised a deal for Newcastle Knights speedster Lachie Miller, according to reports in Australia. The Mole has reported that an agreement has been reached that will see Rohan Smith capture a long-term target on a three-year deal.
When news of Leeds' interest first emerged last month, it was thought one of the stumbling blocks related to Miller himself, having just welcomed a new child to the world with his partner. But it now appears Leeds have got their man which would be a big boost during a recruitment cycle that has taken time to get going for the Headingley club.
