Mum-of-one Laura Whitmore has discussed her weight loss after giving birth as she shares her plans to focus on strength training while “finding a bit of me time again”
Laura Whitmore has said she was “shocked” by her weight loss after giving birth to her daughter Stevie in 2021.
Like many people yesterday, 2 January, Laura, 37, headed to the gym to kickstart her New Year’s fitness regime.“One of my intentions is to work on my strength,” she wrote. “I don’t really care about weight or size, in fact I was shocked by how much weight I lost with breastfeeding and having NO time to snack or sit down.”
Her candid admission came shortly after Laura told her 1.5 million followers that she’s “set aside some intentions” to achieve over the course of 2023. Laura recently finished her stint in hit theatre play 2:22 A Ghost Story, which she bagged a role in following her surprise departure as Love Island host.
