The hearing will take place next week
A former Lancashire police officer will face a misconduct hearing over allegations they were involved in a domestic assault.
The officer will go before a publicly-held misconduct hearing next week where the allegations will be heard. They will have the chance to either deny the allegations or offer mitigation to explain them before a decision is made by an independent panel.Although it is dealing with a former officer, panel will be required to detail what punishment would have have been appropriate if the allegations are found proved.
