The skipper said the whole team was disappointed with the result against Wrexham
Despite the obvious disappointment of losing to newly-found rivals in Wrexham, Notts County skipper Kyle Cameron knows the team are still in a good place and on the right track.
The Notts captain said: “I think we had large spells of the game where we were in control and I think the first goal was a touch lucky which killed the game a little bit - we’re all very disappointed with the result. Notts and Wrexham both rose from the National League together as the clear two best teams in the division last season and have once again established themselves amongst the best in the league above, sitting second and third, both on 30 points after the weekend.
