Liverpool defender Ibrahima Konate has refused to rule out one day playing for Paris Saint-Germain
Ibrahima Konate has hinted that Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele regularly try to persuade him to sign for Paris Saint-Germain - but refused to rule out one day signing for the Ligue 1 champions.
Despite playing for Paris FC as a teenager, the 24-year-old is yet to play in Ligue 1, with his 12 professional appearances in France coming during his time at Sochaux in Ligue 2.READ MORE: What gutted Luton captain did at final whistle shows truth about Liverpool goal “To say no would be to lie,” replied Konate when asked about the possibility of ever signing for PSG. "PSG has made sure to recruit players who get along well and who play in the French team together. And even for the people and the Parisian fans, it makes them happy, it’s what they had been waiting for for years, to have Parisians or at least French players in the team."
