Kim Kardashian 'could win full custody' of four kids after Kanye skipped divorce deposition KimKardashian
Kim Kardashian "could win full custody" of her four children with ex-husband Kanye 'Ye' West, after he skipped their divorce deposition.
He is said to have "one last shot" to be questioned by 42 year old Kim's legal team on 29 November, which his lawyer is reported to have agreed to. She told The Sun: "After Kanye skipped this deposition, they've given him one more date to appear. If he doesn't, he may face sanctions during their upcoming trial, such as a fine or a monetary award to Ms. Kardashian, and/or he may have the facts which they were trying to uncover during the deposition change into admissions against him."
She went on to say: "In the most severe instance, the judge can rule against him and he could get a lesser custody award and a less favourable monetary disposition."
