North Korea’s supreme leader Kim Jong Un has today unveiled his 2023 wish list for his military.
Kim Jong Un giving a report on the second day of the sixth expanded plenary session of the 8th Central Committee of the Workers’ Party On the second day of the ruling Workers’ Party’s plenary meeting, the 38-year-old reviewed security challenges on the Korean Peninsula.
They say he would eventually aim to use his boosted nuclear power to force rivals to accept the North as a legitimate nuclear state.
