The drama will follow Grant's early life in Bristol and rise to stardom as one of classic Hollywood's leading men, staring in films such asSpeaking about the role, Isaacs talked about how he was excited to be portraying the Archie Leach behind his Hollywood persona. "There was only one Cary Grant and I'd never be foolish enough to try to step into his iconic shoes. Archie Leach, on the other hand, couldn't be further from the character he invented to save himself," he said.
