The Princess of Wales worked with Roman on a short online film about men's mental health and she popped round to his mum and dad's - Martin Kemp and Shirlie Holliman - where she showed them the ultimate respect.
It followed the release of Roman's widely acclaimed BBC documentary about young men and suicide 'Roman Kemp: Our Silent Emergency'.

I don’t want to bring royalty to a flat in Vauxhall.” "The funniest thing was she didn't have any shoes on because she was respectful enough to take her shoes off at the door. That really stuck in my head because you never see royalty with no shoes."
