Kate Ferdinand bursts into tears as Rio jets home from World Cup to surprise her
Kate and Rio Ferdinand have shared a clip of the sweet moment he surprised after flying home from the World Cup several days earlier than planned.
Speaking to the camera, Rio told her followers: "I just got home and she's crying. She's pleased to see me. I look horrendous, I feel horrendous, she's crying."Attempting to get his wife to turn to the camera, Rio continued: "She won't look. Go on, show us you're crying. Go on, show us your tears." Kate shared a sweet snap of her and her husband in front of frost-covered trees, with the caption: “Daddy joined us for a magical trip to @laplanduk, we had the best day” with a white heart emoji.
Kate joked on her story: “Santa was very patient” alongside the adorable clip of Cree giving Santa a high-five.
