Julen Lopetegui has given us the good old-fashioned cliche that he will take things one game at a time as he looks to guide Wolves towards Premier League survival.
Lopetegui knows tougher challenges are ahead as Wolves look to first haul themselves off the foot of the table and then target getting out of the relegation zone. “We try to be very disciplined about our thoughts and we want to only put our focus on the game in front, and we prepare for this match in our daily work.
“I think the fans of the club and the players, they know and they are aware of what our situation is. We have to accept this, but at the same time, we want to change it.”
