Josh Wander has vowed to work with Everton supporters after 777 Partners signed an agreement with Farhad Moshiri to acquire his full stake in the club.
And at 10am on Friday morning, it was confirmed by Everton that a deal between 777 Partners and Moshiri had been agreed to acquire his full stake in the club. The deal accounts for 94.1% of the club’s shares. Commentating on the deal, Wander, Founder and Managing Partner of 777 Partners, said: "We are truly humbled by the opportunity to become part of the Everton family as custodians of the club, and consider it a privilege to be able to build on its proud heritage and values.
