Jo and Danny Oultram had spent four years saving up
A couple say they spent four years saving for their dream wedding abroad before the whole thing was cancelled after a message from Jet2.
Jo told the MEN: "We were all waiting at gate 20B, we had been sitting there for around 40 plus minutes when people's phones started pinging with emails from Jet2 stating that the holiday had been cancelled and refunds would be issued within seven days. "We were due to stay at the hotel where we have been going for 15 years. It is a family run business and they are like family too. They were very upset."
Family members from South Wales who were flying from Bristol to join the party were met with chaos and no flight too. Jo said the final "kick in the teeth" was when she received a message from Jet2 a couple of days after the entire trip was cancelled that said: "Hope you're having a lovely holiday."
