Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck take romance to the next level as they are 'in escrow' on massive $50M mansion
The spectacular mansion also features a theatre, a gym, an infinity edge pool, and a stunning view of a golf course and the city. The 20,000 square foot estate also has a main show kitchen, a full catering kitchen, and two additional kitchens for staff and guests.
Surrounded by a forest of trees, the home is said to be private, and TMZ sources reveal that the couple plan to have both their respective families living with them. The mansion, which was originally listed for $65M, is being sold by Texas billionaire Todd Lemkin. The primary bedroom suite has plenty of space with its own sitting room, double baths, and sizable closets.
