Popular TV star paid tribute to her husband and fans rushed to support her after her message where she said she had a 'lot going on'
A Place in the Sun presenter Jasmine Harman has made an emotional confession saying that she has been under ‘extreme mental load’ and that people must not be afraid to ask for help. The popular star said she would reveal all about what she was going through in her ‘own time’ and fans rushed to give her support.
“I’ve had a lot going on, which I will tell you about in my own time. It’s fair to say the mental load has been extreme, and I just wanted to say to anyone who is dealing with stuff that seems too much; anyone whose obstacles seem insurmountable; anyone who feels like they’re about to crack; you’ve got this! You can do more than you give yourself credit for. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.
