ITV has made a decision on whether Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield will return to their presenting roles on This Morning
amid rumours of an ongoing feud between the two.
Allegedly skipping the queue to see the Queen lying in state and Phillip taking time off-air as his brother was accused of sex crimes are a few such examples, but ITV has said to the Mirror that their roles won't be affected anytime soon. The pair have had an impressive 14-year run of presenting This Morning together, with Phil being instrumental in taking Holly's career to the next level. When Fern Britton announced she was stepping down from ITV's flagship daytime show in March 2009, a frantic search began to find her replacement.
Top showbiz news During a special episode of Lorraine, which was dedicated to celebrating Phillip's 40 years in the TV industry, Holly thanked her This Morning co-host for helping her secure the role.
