Former Love Island star Molly Marsh stripped off into a bikini to take the cold plunge into her “first ever ice bath”, while attending a fitness boot camp.
She captioned over the video: “Oh I did my first ever ice bath today”. Considering it was her first time taking the plunge, Molly got in impressively quickly and without much complaining. Many other celebs have taken the cold plunge including Josie Gibson, Joe Wicks , Nicole Scherzinger , Kim Kardashian and Harry Styles, who are all said to be big fans of ice baths.
