The Rossendale Free Press has received heartwarming responses from the community after asking which teachers they remember fondly from school.
“The day trip was brilliant and when I told my dad he took the money to him but he refused to take it. I will never forget that he did that for me.” “She combed our hair and made sure we had everything we needed. I work in a primary school as a teaching assistant and I always aspire to be kind and care about every child that passes through my care, because you never know what they are dealing with at home.”
