The Strictly Come Dancing live arena tour is well underway, with shows in Birmingham, Leeds, and Newcastle having already taken place.

Tilly also looks to be having a ball with her Strictly family on the tour, and has posted a series of shots of her hanging out with her fellow celebrity contestants and Strictly professional dancers.
Also giving fans a sneak peek into what happens behind the scenes is winners Rose and Giovanni, who have been regularly posting footage to their Instagram pages. Celebrity contestants such as Sara Davies, Tilly Ramsay and Rhys Stephenson were joined by Strictly pros including Neil Jones, Nadiya Bychkova, Kai Widdrington, and Nikita Kuzmin as they enjoyed an early morning swim in the sea.
