He returned to the pub the morning after being thrown out
A man described by his own solicitor as "incredibly stupid" visited a pub the morning after staff refused to serve him and put his foot through four windows.
When staff checked the CCTV cameras at the Warner Street pub they saw 29-year-old Haworth putting his foot through several windows. The repair bill came to £3,196.26.At Blackburn Magistrates' Court on Thursday prosecutor Sameena Chaudhry described the incident as a "revenge attack". She said: "On Saturday July 9 at 10.15am a staff member was upstairs in the office and heard a loud bang followed by two more loud bangs.
Defence solicitor Jonathan Taylor said Haworth, of Great Bolton Street in Blackburn, knew his actions had been "incredibly stupid". Mr Taylor said: "He had been out that night and he has become embroiled in a dispute, as a result he left and he tried to get served at the Warner Arms.
