Nottingham Forest have reportedly seen a bid turned down by PSV Eindhoven for midfielder Ibrahim Sangare.
According to journalist Rik Elfrink, PSV have turned down a €34million plus bonuses bid from the Reds. He adds that Sangare is likely to stay at the Dutch team unless a "miracle happens" on deadline day and his release clause is triggered.
