Tom Selby heard a commotion in the night and thought badgers had been creating the noise on Sunday morning. But when he checked his CCTV he saw a man on a car wearing only his socks and pants - and ''an outrageously violent wedgie.'', described himself as a "keen badger watcher" and often uses his CCTV system to see what they get up to overnight.
