Roxie Nafousi recalled a scary hospital dash with her fans in a recent Instagram post. The self development coach and speaker, 33, opened up on her health scare in a lengthy personal post on her public page.
She went on to add: “It came seemingly out of nowhere although it is clear that it was bought on by stress and anxiety which had been building up for the weeks prior. It was a definite wake up call for me to prioritise my nervous system and set clearer boundaries with work as we head into the next few months.”
Following her post, fans were quick to respond to Roxie’s health scare, with one agreeing about the seriousness of Hempilegic Migraines. Another called her an ‘inspiration’ as they commented: “Glad you're well lovely Roxie so proud of your journey and thanks for sharing so openly and vulnerable. You're an inspiration” in a post adorned with heart emojis.
