Jess Wright, the former The Only Way Is Essex star, shared her frustrations with fans by posting an image showing her arm suffering from a painful psoriasis flare-up
Jess Wright has told how her psoriasis has left her ‘in so much pain’ as she shared an update on her sore skin condition.
Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition that causes raised scaly patches on the skin which form itchy, flaky scales. It's usually the result of skin cells replacing themselves faster than they should. Earlier this month, mum of one Jess, who is the sister of Mark Wright, was praised by fans for ‘being real’ and sharing pictures of her condition on Instagram, with August being psoriasis awareness month. She posted an image of a flare-up on her arms and legs, while wearing a short black dress.One fan said: "This has made me so emotional! I have forever hated my psoriasis and am forever trying to cover it up and treat it! Thank you for sharing and spreading awareness.
She then added: "It's actually, I'd say on a par with how it was before, if not worse. And it's actually really sore. So frustrating.
