Dean Gaffney and Janice Dickinson's husband Dr Robert Gerner became embroiled in a physical altercation during a post-show dinner for I'm A Celebrity... South Africa, Gillian McKeith has revealed.

The altercation was revealed by Gillian, who added that the pair were separated by Dean's pal and fellow ex-EastEnders star Joe Swash. “Then Dean released his arms and said, ‘Get off me’, and tried to free his arms from his grip before he swore and shouted to get away from him."
