River Island has hit the nail on the head with cosy autumn wear
From cosy knits to big chunky boots and leather coats, there's something so effortlessly cool about autumnal clothing. I find myself having to really think about outfits during the summer, but in autumn, I can just throw on something comfortable and be sorted.
River Island sizing can be a bit of a pain to say the least, which is why I was very surprised when the size 10 fit me like a glove. This tea midi dress was so flattering with subtle peplum detail that flattered my shape. I absolutely loved the deep, rich chocolate brown colour which is very on-trend at the moment, and I felt really comfortable in the skirt. In the past I've felt a little self conscious in satin skirts because they can often feel thin and flimsy, but you can tell this skirt is high quality.
I went for a size medium, but you could easily size down as it had a generally oversized fit. Wearing this jumper was like wearing a warm hug, and it looked so chic with the satin skirt.
