'The Big Dipper' is a sub that can be purchased from Blackpool-based sandwich outlet Neighbourhood Subs
If you're a food lover from Blackpool, then you may have already heard of popular sandwich restaurant Neighbourhood Subs.
We decided to visit the food market on a quiet Tuesday lunchtime where we fancied a sub to fill us up for the day. Taking a seat on one of the many benches in the market, you feel as though you've taken the train to visit a contemporary food market in the likes of Liverpool, Manchester, or even further afield.
You can choose from sub sandwiches, bagels or grilled cheese items and everything is under £10. Available all day every day, their 'Breakfast Club' consists of two items, a breakfast muffin or breakfast bagel. Dubbed 'The Big Dipper' which conjures up images of the famous wooden rollercoaster at the Pleasure Beach, this sandwich has got to be tried. Although the fillings don't seem to be inspired by any popular Grade II listed rides it still sounds delicious.
