AN urgent hunt is on for a man with yellow teeth who snatched dummies from babies in terrifying shopping centre attacks., with a child being assaulted on one occasion.The horror unfolded at a shopping centreThe man has been described as slim and white, in his 20s, with light/light-brown coloured eyes, and yellow teeth.
Cops said they released his photo in the hopes people would recognise his clothing - which was a black hooded top and carrying a blackThe force said the four incidents unfolded between February 10 and Monday, August 7 at Staple Tye Shopping Centre, Woodcroft. Chief Inspector Paul Austin, District Commander for Harlow, said: “This is a series of unusual incidents and, as a parent myself, I understand the level of concern they will cause.
