Three Rivers Police said: “This behaviour is not acceptable and not only causes damage to the tarmac, but causes other members of the public alarm and distress and is dangerous and irresponsible.”

As police investigated, they were able to identify one car and seize it from the owner's home address.In a social media post, the force added: “The owner of this vehicle even assisted officers by informing them that he had a Section 59 as pictured.” Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2022 refers to vehicles used in a manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance.
