The First Minister issued his most trenchant criticism yet of the UK Government over the crisis in the Middle East
Humza Yousaf has accused the UK Foreign Secretary of “shameful” behaviour by not mentioning UK citizens trapped in Gaza.
The strident criticism shattered the fragile unity that has existed between both Governments on the war between Hamas and Israel. “Secure the release of British hostages. Stop the violence spreading to the region. Ensure emergency aid can get into Gaza.” The First Minister's wife, Nadia El-Nakla, spoke at SNP conference about how her parents are trapped in Gaza.
