Pest controllers continue to fumigate Hull Crown Court following the outbreak reported on Monday.
Hull Crown Court has temporarily closed to enable pest controllers to deal with a flea outbreak, officials have said.
HM Courts and Tribunals Service told the BBC on Monday parts of the building had closed due to the infestation. However, on Wednesday a service spokeswoman confirmed the entire building had been closed and contractors were still on site. Court hearings which had been due to take place would be rescheduled "at the earliest opportunity", she added.Adult fleas feed solely on blood, say expertsShe said: "We have decided to temporarily close Hull Crown Court while we urgently work to resolve the issue. Any hearings impacted will be rescheduled at the earliest opportunity.
