Eurofund Group have applied for planning permission to make internal alterations to a number of units to make way for the venture in Pollok.A cover letter lodged alongside other planning documents with Glasgow Citysaid: “The proposed change of use will enhance the diversification of Pollok town centre and will not result in the loss of a Class 1 unit, nor adversely affect the retail character or the effective functioning of Pollok town centre.
“Furthermore the proposed development will not have any adverse effect on residential amenity as the site is located within the shopping centre and there are no residential properties within close proximity.”
