Forza Motorsport enters early access at 12:01 am local time on October 5 for those with the Premium Edition or the Premium Add-Ons Bundle and an Xbox Game Pass subscription. As the early access launch is staggered and not a simultaneous release, you can simply set your Xbox console's location to the earliest time zone and start playing Forza Motorsport now, several hours ahead of when it is supposed to launch in your region.
