The record books will show that come the end of last month, Dennis clinched his maiden Formula E title with a race to spare and by a healthy margin of 30 points after taking more podiums than any other driver, including two wins. But it was far from easy, and arguably thedriver’s most important podium had come just before the halfway point of the season with a runner-up finish in the second Berlin E-Prix.
